How do your services work?
Our downsizing services are offered as an umbrella meaning we are able to take care of every detail until it is time to hand the keys to the new buyer of your home. We provide these services when Jeff is the listing agent selling your home. We have been in business now for over 9 years and Jeff has been an active and successful agent for over 30 years so you can be assured you and your home investment are in good and experienced hands.
Are you movers?
We pack and unpack your things, but we aren't movers. However, we schedule the movers, meet them at your house and then at your new home to direct them for furniture placement, etc. The move itself is at your expense.
Do I need to be at my house while things are being packed?
Yes. At least for the first part. We will bring all of the packing materials, but we will need to go through your things with you so that you can let us know what you would like to bring with you to your new home. We can guide and advise you as to what you should reasonably take to your new space, but they are your things and you make the decisions as to what you bring. There may be home decor or other items that you can tell us you want in general and we can pack those without you needing to be home if you have errands to run.
